​Abuse is not always easy to identify, but according to statistics, you or someone you know has experienced abuse! The CDC reports that 1 in 4 women and 1 in 7 men will experience physical violence by their intimate partner sometime during their lifetime. And about 1 in 3 women and nearly 1 in 6 men experience some form of sexual violence in their lifetime. This video talks about the power & control wheel. Hopefully this can help educate people on abuse and what abuse can include.
